Our Products
POY
POY or Partially oriented Yarn ,which is produced directly from polymer. The POY we produce is usually raw white semi dull. We also produce POY dope dyed yarn in Black.

At Sunflag we use the latest Barmag WINGS winding machine for our POY. For fine deniers we use Barmag EVO quench spinning and for course denier we use Barmag CROSSFLOW quench spinning.
POY is the raw material for DTY yarns.

Sunflag produces 125 denier to 500 denier ,with 36 to 288 filaments.
We also produce 125 denier 72 filament 100% post consumer recycle yarn.
FDY
FDY or Fully Drawn Yarn ,is a final product that has end uses over all the textile industry.
At Sunflag we use the latest Barmang WINGS FDY machines. We usually produce 40 to 75 denier 24 to 36 filament yarns, in raw white semi dull virgin polymer.
DTY
DTY or Draw Texturized Yarns are produced on our EFK Barmag machines. POY is the raw material used for texturizing. We usually produce raw white semi dull DTY. Our Denier Range is from 75 to 1200 denier with filaments from 36 to 1152. We produce yarns with or without intermingling as requested by customers.

In addition we are among the worlds leading producers of low torque yarn. We also produce zero torque yarn ,mechanically stretch yarn and black dope dyed yarn. We also produce DTY using 100% post consumer polymer.
PSF
PSF or Polyester Staple Fiber is made using PTA and MEG as main Raw materials. The resultant polymer is spun ,drawn and cut to specific lengths.

We produce ,raw white virgin semidull PSF in 1.2 to 1.4 denier with cut lengths ranging from 32 mm to 44 mm. We also make optically whitened PSFOB1 &OB3 in the same deniers and cut lengths.

We are a leading producer of biodegradable PSF .Biodegradable PSF is a modified polyester which makes polyester biodegradable in about 4 years as against conventional polymer which will not biodegrade for hundreds of years
